HAHA I tried to send this message to my buddy on facebook but it was too long!
So here it is...
I made a great vegan chili the other day which consisted of:
1 Large pot or 2 medium pots!!!!!!!! :) makes alota soupa!!!
2 yams washed and cut up
1 whole onion (cut it up like a man you fool!)
1 whole garlic (hope you gots cologne sonny boy!)
chop chop reala gooda lika italiano
adda soma olive oil!!!!! :)
find some CHILI powder somewhere and add lots!!! This is key!
cook these up for about 20-30 mins or so on med heat
diced tomatoes (28 oz) 2 cans
aduki beans (15 oz) 2 cans
black beans (15 oz) 2 cans
pinto beans (15 oz) 2 cans
sea salt to your liking
maybe heat that up another 20 - 30 mins and bam... you gots a meals for a while depending on how drunk you get and eat it all! haha. You can also add in some kale or collard greens if you feel you need more calcium and or iron! :)
Everything happened to be organic! :)
Just remember if you do happen to eat and or crave animal foods... move towards organic and or grass fed if its cow and all that stuff. For me the plants have kept me going! Take care!
